Accessibility statement.
Booka is committed to making its website and service accessible to all users, in line with the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines and the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Legislative Decree 82/2022, in force from June 28, 2025).
Last updated: May 21, 2026
Compliance status
The booka.it website is being brought into compliance. Some sections may not fully meet all WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. We run periodic audits to identify and resolve non-conformities.
Technologies used
The site is built on semantic HTML5, ARIA where needed, modern CSS and progressive JavaScript. It is tested with the VoiceOver and NVDA screen readers and with keyboard-only navigation.
Known limitations
Sections with complex dynamic content (e.g. the interactive schedule in the authenticated area) may present keyboard-navigation limitations. We are working to resolve them by the next release cycle.
Feedback and reports
To report accessibility issues or request information in an alternative format, write to accessibilita@booka.it. We respond within 30 days as required by law. If you receive no reply, you can file a report with AgID.
Evaluation methodology
This statement is based on a self-assessment carried out by the Booka development team using automated tools (axe DevTools, Lighthouse) and manual tests with assistive technologies.
