Terms of service

These terms are an operational placeholder for the validation phase of the site, salon registration and the access flows. They do not replace the final SaaS contractual terms, which will govern subscription, data processing, service levels, liability, withdrawal, billing and privacy roles between Booka and the salon.

Booka presents software under development for the operational management of hair, barber and beauty salons. The features, prices and modules mentioned on the landing page may change during the validation phase. Features not yet available, including the Fill Engine, must be marked as beta, roadmap or future module.

Published prices are indicative for the validation phase. Third-party technical costs, such as payments, WhatsApp and tax documents, must be reported separately and clearly in the final terms.

Before processing the salons' end-client data, it will be necessary to publish a privacy policy, DPA, privacy roles, security measures, data retention, export, deletion and support procedures.
