Any technical cookies or logs needed to deliver the site, for security, load balancing or infrastructure diagnostics do not require prior consent, but must be described in the extended notice once the production hosting and stack are confirmed.

If non-anonymized analytics, advertising pixels, retargeting, heatmaps, chat widgets or similar tools are added in the future, they must stay disabled until the user consents and must appear in the banner with granular categories.

As long as the site has no non-technical cookies, the banner can be skipped. If optional tracking is introduced, the site must offer Accept, Reject and Customize controls, plus a permanent footer link to change or withdraw consent.
